Introducing the 3rd generation iPhone SE model last month, Apple is now preparing for its new event in September or October. Here, the new iPhone 14 series will be introduced. However, the images that emerged today revealed the changes for the design of the iPhone 14 Pro models.
iPhone 14 Pro design in development: Frames are under review!
CAD schematics that surfaced today showed some improvements on the iPhone 14 Pro design. Apple is switching to a notchless design in the Pro models of the new series it will release. Instead, there will be a hole for the camera and a pill-shaped hole for the Face ID sensors.
But the new schematics revealed something more than that. The screen bezels on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models will be greatly reduced. This will apply to both the top, bottom and sides of the screen. It should also be noted that the handset part has also shrunk, but the camera hole has grown slightly.
Of course, let’s say that this design change we mentioned is only valid for Pro models. Because other models will come with a reduced notch, as in last year’s Pros. In addition, the display technology with a 120 Hz refresh rate will also be only in Pro models.
In addition, Apple is also changing device preferences. Now, instead of the mini model, a new 6.7-inch phone called Max joins the family. The mini case leaving the series will be used for the iPhone SE 4 model, which will be introduced next year.
On the other hand, another leak that has emerged will upset those who are happy to hear the Max model. Because it is stated that Apple will use the A16 Bionic chip in this new series only in Pro and Pro Max models, and in the 14 and 14 Max it will be the A15 Bionic used in the iPhone 13s. It is claimed that the reason for this situation is the global chip crisis.
