Dutch brewery brand Heineken has done a rare job. The company combined a specially designed refrigerator with a computer case. Yes, you heard wrong. Heineken’s interesting product, which is not for sale, can be used simultaneously as a computer case and a refrigerator for cooling beer. Heineken has signed one of the most interesting innovations in history.

A computer is made up of dozens of parts. That’s why computer cases are usually large. Heineken, who managed to get out of all this complexity, managed to place an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card, 16 GB DDR4 RAM and a motherboard running the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G processor inside the case. Despite the high temperature that occurs, the beers put into the case remain stable at 3-6 degrees Celsius when the computer is running at full power. Heineken said the beer temperature will stay at 0-2 degrees Celsius when the computer is idle.

Here’s what Heineken’s computer-refrigerator hybrid looks like:

It is not an easy thing to offer both computer and refrigerator features in a single product. Andrey Tyukavkin, one of the senior Heineken executives, who made statements on the subject, said that they had to rebuild the entire electronic structure of the product. Meanwhile; According to Tyukavkin, if the design team overhauled this concept product one more time, they could also make some improvements. From here; states that the computer-refrigerator hybrid is open to improvement.

The product, which Heineken calls “TH3 G4M1NG FR1DG3”, is not expected to be released for now. However, what will happen in the future is unknown. Although Andrey Tyukavkin has stated that he has some thoughts about the second version of the hybrid product, it remains a mystery for now whether these will be done. We will have to wait to see if this interesting concept will one day become a part of our lives.
