Spotify has decided to renew its application to a large extent, especially in the last 1 year due to the developments in competing platforms. In this direction, he shared two innovations called Podcast and Car Mode in the last week. Now, Spotify has announced that it has taken a step towards promoting popular playlists and is testing the Featured Curators feature.

Spotify will share users’ popular playlists with Featured Curators!

Spotify said in a statement today that it is working on a new Featured Curators feature, where users will promote popular playlists in addition to their existing playlists, and is currently in the testing phase. This will open the way for other users to discover new tracks and artists.

The company says that the lists to be presented to users in the first step will consist of popular posts by curators selected within the platform, and this will expand over time. He also states that he will activate this new feature in certain regions at the beginning, and then he will share it with everyone with the public beta version.

In the statement made on the subject, it was said:

Our goal is always to make Spotify the number one destination for the best listening experience. With this pilot, we’re giving listeners a new way to discover their music for fans who are as engaged as they are. We’re always testing unique and different listening experiences and programs for our fans, and we’re excited to watch it unfold.

The company has partnered with many artists including BTS, Charli XCX, Kacey Musgraves, Lauv, Megan Thee Stallion, Mimi Webb, Tai Verdes, Xamã and others. It then allowed its users to combine their musical tastes into a single Blend playlist of their favourites.

Then updated Blend to allow family members or groups of friends to create their own shared playlists. Spotify will now allow us to go global with Featured Curators and share our own radio show.
