Beats Studio Buds+, the new headphones that we’ve been waiting for Apple to release for a while, were listed on Amazon earlier today. Although the listing was later removed from the site by the company, it allowed us to learn some details about the features of the new headphones.
According to the listing, the new headset will be released on May 18, 2023 with a price tag of $ 169.95. In addition, the headset will come with a very interesting design option and many remarkable features.
Beats Studio Buds+ will come with transparent design option
The first thing that catches the eye in the listing is that the Beats Studio Buds+ will come with a transparent design option that shows the inside. This reveals that the device may have a similar design to Nothing Ear (2), which is also transparent. On the other hand, in addition to the transparent design, we will see black and ivory color options in Apple’s new headset.
When we look at other design details, it seems that the device may be more or less the same as the original Studio Buds released in 2021. The headset, which can be described as a sportier alternative to AirPods Pro, will come with a more compact appearance.
What other features will the headset include?
The listing revealed that the device will come with 3x larger microphones and ventilation changes and will have up to 1.6x better active noise canceling. In addition, the device will also have a “transparent mode” that is 2 times better.
In addition, we will see better battery life in Studio Buds+ with up to 36 hours of listening time. In the previous version, this period was 24 hours. USB-C charging case, IPX4 water resistance, size options suitable for different ear types, including XS, S, M and L, will also be included in the device. The headset, which will be compatible with Apple and Android, will also include features such as automatic switching between devices, Siri and “Find” application support.
Beats Studio Buds+ was actually first discovered in iOS 16.4 last month, and was seen in an application to the US Federal Communications Board (FCC) last week. Today’s listing, which was removed from Amazon, allowed us to learn its details. There is no official statement on when Apple will introduce the device; however, all information indicates that it will debut next month.
