Taking an important step in this regard, Apple will offer a battery with a capacity of 3 thousand 877 mAh from the iPhone 15 model. In the iPhone 14, a 3 thousand 279 mAh battery welcomed us. Apple will come up with a model with 18 percent more capacity in the new generation.

The iPhone 14 Plus, on the other hand, represents the peak of the current models with its 4 thousand 325 mAh battery capacity. Along with the new generation, the iPhone 15 Plus will also say hello to us with a larger battery. The battery capacity of the new generation phone was announced as 4 thousand 912 mAh.

When we switch to the iPhone 15 Pro, we will encounter a battery with a capacity of 3 thousand 650 mAH. In the current iPhone 14 Pro model, this value is measured as 3 thousand 200 mAh. When we compare the numbers, we see a battery with a 14 percent larger capacity in the new generation.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max model has also benefited from this increase. Accordingly, the flagship model will have a battery with a capacity of 4,852 mAh instead of the 4 thousand 323 mAh battery in the current generation. This corresponds to an increase of 12%.

On the other hand, with the new generation, we will now see USB-C connections instead of Lightning on iPhone models. This innovation will also contribute significantly to the charging speeds of the iPhone 15 models. According to the latest information, all iPhone 15 models will be offered with 35w fast charging. However, it is among the claims that the standard iPhone 15 models can be offered with 20W.
