- The Helium (HNT) network was shut down for about 4 hours on Monday due to validator outages caused by a software update, causing a delay in transaction finality. After the outage, the team resolved the consensus error.
- Uniswap (UNI) recorded $4.7 million in the phishing attack. A sophisticated phishing attack targeting liquidity providers (LPs) of the Uniswap v3 protocol caused at least $4.7 million worth of ETH losses.
