iOS 17, which was first announced at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 23) in June, was made available globally on Monday, September 18. The first update for the new interface of iPhones was released on September 21. Some bugs and security vulnerabilities have been fixed with iOS 17.0.1.
What bugs are solved with iOS 17.0.1?
Just a few days after releasing iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 software, Apple released iOS 17.0.1 and iPadOS 17.0.1 updates for iPhone and iPad models.
According to the information provided by Apple, the new package fixes errors in iOS 17 and provides some important security updates. However, the company did not mention which vulnerabilities were fixed in the operating system.
Apple states in its update notes that it only addresses issues that will improve the stability and security of iOS 17 and iPadOS 17. “This update offers important security fixes and is recommended for all users,” the statement said.
iOS 17.0.1 and iPadOS 17.0.1 updates are now available globally. You can install the new update by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
