According to Elliptic, the Atomic Wallet hacker is moving $35 million in assets stolen from the project to OFAC-approved crypto exchange Garentex.

Recently, Atomic Wallet was shaken by a $ 35 million hack. On June 3, the hacker stole BTC and ETH weighted assets from the central storage platform. Examining the issue, Elliptic stated that North Korean Lazarus was behind the hack.

Elliptic stated that it is working hard to stop the hacker and freeze the funds. The blockchain research platform said that after all the effort, the hacker started transferring assets to Garantex. Garantex offers crypto trading service with the approval of OFAC.

In addition, Elliptic stated that the hacker tried to hide the stolen BTCs on the crypto mixing platform Sinbad.
