Looking at the images, we see that the ROG Phone 8 Ultimate is positioned on the model number “ASUS_AI2401_A”. In addition, the smartphone is supported by an eight-core processor, 1 + 5 + 2. We can say that this configuration confirms the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform. Additionally, we should note that the smartphone was tested on 16GB RAM and Android 14.As for the results, Asus ROG Phone 8 Ultimate broke a new record by scoring 2,213 points in Geekbench’s single-core test and 7,048 points in the multi-core test. When we make a small comparison, we should point out that Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 reached average scores of 1,490 and 5,131, while Dimensity 9200+ reached 2,100 and 5,613. On the other hand, the A17 Pro, which powers the iPhone 15 Pro Max, is said to have scored 2,908 and 7,238 points.
The launch date of the ROG Phone 8 series is still uncertain. Therefore, we do not yet have information such as its design, features and price. However, current reports point to the first half of next year.
