ROG Phone 6 series hosts two models, standard and Pro. The screen of both models is 6.78 inches and has a resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels. It also has a refresh rate of 165 Hz. At this point, it is possible to switch between 60 Hz, 90 Hz, 120 Hz and 144 Hz. It should also be noted that the screens are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus technology.
Smartphones include Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The chipset offers 10 percent faster CPU and GPU performance. It also works 15 percent more efficiently in terms of power. The processor, which offers 20 percent better AI performance per watt, is produced with a 4 nm fabrication process.
In addition, it hosts one 3.19 GHz Cortex-X2, three 2.75 GHz Cortex-A710 and four 1.80 GHz Cortex-A510 cores.
The series has the same features on the camera side. A triple camera setup with 12 Megapixel Sony IMX663 selfie at the front, 50 Megapixel Sony IMX766 main, 13 Megapixel ultra wide angle and 5 Megapixel macro sensor at the back welcomes us.
Apart from this, the models also have various possibilities such as AirTrigger 6 control system, AeroActive Cooler 6 cooler and gyroscopic targeting for a more comfortable gaming experience. They are also IPX4 certified.
One of the points where the series differs from each other is the RAM options. Because the standard model comes with 12/16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, while the Pro only has 18 GB of memory. Both phones have 256/512 GB storage options.
The battery specs of the devices are also impressive. Here, there is a total battery of 6,000 mAh, divided into 3,000 mAh. It’s worth noting that these charge at 65W via two USB-C ports.
