ASUS has announced the MA-25 Coax-Ethernet MoCA adapter. Using coaxial cables at home, this device offers fast, stable and secure wired and wireless internet connections. Utilizing cables normally reserved for cable TV, this adapter enables fast and reliable MoCA networking in locations with thick walls and multiple floors that affect the performance of the wireless network.
It can establish a wired background connection up to 2.5 Gbps with the MA-25. Thanks to the band mode, signal interference with DOCSIS 3.1 cable modems is prevented. With the MoCA Protected Setup (MPS) feature, new devices can be added to the network with a single click, similar to the use of WPS.

Designed to be easy to install, this angled cable accessory can be attached without any tools. The MA-25 also has four mounting holes for situations that may require a more secure attachment of the adapter.
The product, which can expand the home network by connecting to a nearby WiFi router, saves the trouble of organizing Ethernet cables.

69 percent of the MA-25’s exterior, which protects signals strongly, is made from recycled plastic from old consumer products. Paper-based packaging is Forest Stewardship Council certified. The box of the product can also be used to organize the cables after it has been emptied.
