Computex 2023, the technology fair held in Taipei, Taiwan, continues. AsRock is among the brands that introduced new player monitors at the event. The ASRock PG558KF took the stage as a 55” monitor with impressive 8K resolution. It has VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification and plenty of modern ports.ASRock PG558KF is a 55 inch gaming monitor with 7680 x 4320 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio, flat IPS panel. In terms of performance, it has a 60Hz refresh rate, 1200:1 contrast ratio, 252 local dimming zones. Being VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certified, the monitor can provide a maximum brightness of 1000 nits when HDR content is displayed. The peak brightness that the monitor normally achieves is 750 nits. The monitor has two DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 ports. It also has a USB hub that offers four USB 3.1 Type-A ports along with a USB-C port that supports 90w charging via the USB PD 3.0 protocol.
