The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) included a catchy slogan along with the job advertisement it published on its website. The job posting, calling for new candidates to be recruited to the Agency, said, “We’re after you and we know you well.” Published with the slogan Some of the qualifications sought in applicants also drew attention.
MIT, which recruits for intelligence, specialist, linguist, protection and security officer and engineer positions, also published a video along with the announcement. Along with the emphasis “Let’s leave a mark on the future of the country together” in the video published, attention was also drawn to the importance of information. The video was also a sign for some of the qualities sought in candidates.

MIT’s requirements for candidates:
One of the vacant positions in the job posting published by MIT The following conditions are sought for the candidates who will apply:
- Not to be 35 years old.
- To be a university graduate.
- To have a YDS score of 70 or higher in one of the languages English, French, German in 2017 and after, or to have a TOEFL IBT exam result corresponding to a YDS score of 70 or higher for English.
- To have a YDS score of 60 or above in one of the languages other than English, French, German and within the scope of YDS, with the exam results for 2017 and later.
The characteristics that an intelligence specialist should have were listed by MIT as follows:
- Having analytical intelligence and being able to think creatively,
- Managing-directing,
- High sense of responsibility,
- Strong written-oral communication skills,
- Ability to work under stress,
- Attention to details,
- Practical and quick thinking,
- Adaptability to long and intense working hours,
- Discretion.
MIT states that candidates should have at least a vocational school graduate in all branches except the branch of language specialist, while language experts must have at least secondary education (high school) for languages other than English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. He stated that he should be a graduate. It was also stated that the candidates should not have any tattoos.
