US-based technology giant Google introduced dozens of artificial intelligence-focused features at the “Google I/O 2023” events it held recently. One of these features was developed for the popular email service Gmail. Users would be able to compose automated emails via Gmail. Now, there has been a new development regarding this new feature. The feature called “Help Me Write” is rolling out to iOS and Android.
The Help Me Write feature allows users to print messages to artificial intelligence. In this context; It is enough for the user to write a small summary. Google’s artificial intelligence analyzes the summary text and turns it into professional content. Let’s say you want to apply for a job at a company and you have reached the e-mail address of an authorized name in that company. The summary you create will be made much more remarkable thanks to artificial intelligence.
This is what Gmail’s Help Me Write feature looks like
When the user wants to compose an email in Gmail, they will see the option named “Help Me Write” at the bottom right. The user who touches it will then make a small summary of whatever text he wants to write. In the next stage, it’s all about artificial intelligence. The automatically generated e-mail can be reprinted if desired. Those who wish will be able to make changes on the automatically generated text.
Although Google has started to deliver the new feature in Gmail to users, for now, only users who have registered to the “Workspace Labs” program can benefit from this feature. However, we think that this situation will change very soon. When the testing phase is over, we will witness that all users will be able to use the Help Me Write feature.
