Arby’s, a US-based fast food chain, has filed a trademark application with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to enter the metaverse.
The application shows that the company plans to offer virtual food and beverage. The company also plans to run a virtual restaurant with both virtual and real products. The virtual restaurant will also deliver to homes.
A short time ago, McDonald’s, one of the world’s largest fast-food chains, also filed a trademark application to be included in the metaverse.
Burger King has also applied for a trademark to be a part of the metaverse craze. The Florida-based burger chain also plans to issue NFT, according to the latest filing.
Unilever also recently filed a trademark application for the metaverse with the USPTO.
