While the return shipping fee is now completely left to the consumer, devices such as mobile phones, smart watches, tablets and computers that we have the right of withdrawal were excluded from this scope.
Following this development, an important statement came from the Consumers Union today. Making a press statement in front of the Kayseri Palace of Justice, Consumers Union Chairman Mahmut Şahin emphasized that the consumer can no longer use his right given in the law, and suggested that the regulation will increase fraud.
