Virtual reality and augmented reality projects, which Apple has been working on for many years, will soon bear their first fruit. Apple’s first smart glasses, which will be introduced in 2023, are expected to focus on mixed reality, a combination of augmented and virtual reality technologies. While Apple’s first AR / VR glasses have not been introduced yet, new information is coming about the second one. Apple’s second generation AR/VR glasses are expected to be introduced in 2025.
Apple’s second-generation smart glasses can be launched with two different options
Recently, famous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo shared new information about Apple’s second mixed reality glasses. Saying that he expects these glasses to be released in the first half of 2025, Kuo expects Apple’s second generation AR / VR glasses to come in two different models. For one, it will have better hardware. The other will be a more affordable model. However, it is not yet clear what the differences will be between the two models of Apple’s second-generation mixed reality glasses. The possibly cheaper model may have a simplified design or less powerful hardware.
