14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro laptops with the M1 Max, one of Apple’s 2 pro-level processors introduced this month, have been on the market for over a week. Test results for new laptops are starting to come in, and a gaming test shows how good Apple’s new processor is. So much so that the test reveals that the M1 Max outperforms the GeForce RTX 3060, one of the best graphics cards used for the next generation mid-range gaming PCs.
M1 Max, which produces approximately 120 fps in Baldur’s Gate 3 game at 1440p resolution, managed to be fixed at 60 fps at 2160p. Metro Exodus running on Rosetta, on the other hand, has managed to produce 96 fps results when the resolution is pulled to 1080p, while circulating between 40-50 fps in native resolution. Likewise, in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the new MacBook Pro, which can produce 96 fps in high settings and Full HD resolution scenario, thus shows that it is one of the satisfactory computers for gamers.
Now the eyes are on the upcoming Legendary Friday discounts. Last year, Apple rolled out amazing Black Friday deals on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 13-inch laptops with the M1 chip. Let’s see if we can see similar discounts in the new period.
