Apple’s M3 Ultra processor entered the performance test: Is it more than M4 Max?

US -based technology giant Apple recently announced M3 Ultra processor, Geekbench 6 tests entered. The test showed that Apple’s performance difference in the middle of M3 Ultra and M4 Max processors is slightly exaggerated. Compared to Apple, M3 Ultra was twice as fast as the M4 Max processor compared to the processor. But there is no such result in the test results.

The Apple M3 ultra processor managed to get 3,221 points in a single -core version of the Geekbench 6 test and 27,749 points in the multi -core version. In terms of comparison, let us remind you that the M4 Max has 3,921 points in the single -core version of the test and 25,650 points in the multi -core version. Compared to this, M3 Ultra gives more adequate performance in multi -core processes compared to the M4 Max. It is around 8 percent.

Here is M3 Ultra’s Geekbench Test Results

Of course, there is one thing that we should emphasize especially here. Geekbench results do not indicate that M3 Ultra is a unsuccessful processor. For example, this processor is the owner of a 80 -core GPU compared to the M4 Max’s 40 -core GPU. In addition, M3 Ultra’s memory bandwidth, 800 GB/sec, which is also higher than the M4 Max.

The subject that is valuable here will be the purpose of consumers to stay in the middle of these processors. Let’s explain it as follows; If you have a lot of work on the graphic design side, M3 Ultra is a more real choice for you. However, if you don’t deal with the graphic design business and this is not a criterion for you, you can choose the M4 Max processor with peace of mind.
