Although Apple was criticized for the butterfly keyboard design it switched to on Macbook models in 2016 and even keyboard replacement programs were started, the usage experience of the devices released in recent years is at a very good level. While the Macbook models released in the last two years offer a good typing experience, Apple patented the keyboard design.

Computer design with Apple keyboard: New Magic Keyboard patent!
The patent, published by the US Patent and Trademark Office and filed in August 2020, adopts the idea of the built-in Magic Keyboard for Mac. For better understanding: You can think of it as an integrated keyboard on an easy-to-carry desktop computer like a Mac Mini.
All hardware needed for processor, battery, memory and storage will be located at the bottom of the keyboard. In this keyboard design, where the trackpad can also be integrated, it is stated that thermal problems can be easily overcome thanks to the abundant choice of heat-conducting materials.
As we have stated in previous patent shares: Apple’s patenting of this design does not mean that such a device will definitely be released. Companies secure their various ideas by patenting them this way.
