US-based technology giant Apple was on the agenda with an important lawsuit a few years ago. So much so that 86,000 US consumers, who were disturbed by the “butterfly” keyboard design used in the MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models that the company sold between 2015 and 2019, filed a lawsuit against Apple and demanded compensation. Apple had offered a $50 million deal to get rid of this lawsuit. According to this agreement proposal, a certain amount of payment would be made to the aggrieved consumers.
The deal proposal, which Apple brought up almost a year ago, was finally approved in the California lawsuit. Thus, consumers have the right to receive compensation from Apple to remedy their grievances. Apple, on the other hand, will pay $ 50 million and get rid of the lawsuit completely.

However, the Butterfly keyboard had a major problem. There was nothing in the name of durability in this keyboard design.
According to user feedback, the keys on the Butterfly keyboard tended to stick constantly. This resulted in one letter being printed. The system was so fragile that even a puddle of dust could cause the keys to stay pressed. Fortunately, Apple got rid of this keyboard design as of 2019. But all of this led to $50 million in damages. Well, this amount is not so important for Apple…
