Apple Watch saved life again!

Atrial fibrillation is a condition that causes the upper chambers of the heart to throw irregularly. This discomfort can cause clot formation in the heart and may increase the risk of heart attack, stroke or heart failure.

According to the American Heart Association, more than five million Americans have this discomfort. Although Gomez did not experience any other symptoms, he took notifications seriously and applied to the doctor. The examination was found to have suffered serious atrial fibrillation.

Due to the fact that February is a month of heart health, experts point out that individuals should follow their health and give importance to heart health. Technological devices also play an important role in health monitoring. As we have seen in many examples, Apple Watch offers its users various health features such as watching heart rhythm, sleep tracking, activity measurement and collision detection.

It is known that Apple Watch has previously warned its users in similar cases and saved lives. The error was recently reported that a person stuck in a vehicle that was reversed after a car accident was recovered by the collision detection feature.

Apple CEO Tim Cook said that Apple Watch plays a critical role for her own family. In another incident in Florida, one person was able to call for help using the “Hey Siri” feature after a paralysis.
