Apple, one of the largest technology companies in the world, is developing serious smart glasses projects for the next 10 years. Apple’s first hybrid (virtual and augmented reality) glasses are expected to be introduced within the next year. The company, which is in the final stages of developing its hybrid glasses, is meeting with Hollywood directors to offer a special virtual reality experience.
Apple talks to Jon Favreau
According to a new report, Apple is meeting with Iron-Man, Iron-Man 2 and Mandalorian co-director Jon Favreau to improve the virtual reality experience. Favreau is the producer of the series called Prehistoric Planet, which is broadcast on the Apple TV + platform. According to the report, Favreau is developing an experience for Apple’s hybrid glasses that includes dinosaurs in the series. In addition, the report likens the design of Apple’s first glasses to ski goggles.
It is not known who Apple is talking to other than Jon Favreau, but the company may agree with big names to increase the popularity of its first smart glasses. Apple’s mixed reality glasses will be released in 2023, but we can access the first information about the device at the WWDC to be held in the coming days.
