Apple is currently preparing for iOS 17, which is open to developers and beta users. For those who don’t know, the new update will include many features in terms of both user experience and functionality. However, some of them won’t be available immediately, according to Apple’s website. As reported, Apple’s roadmap includes three different features that will be available as part of a future iOS 17 release, such as iOS 17.1 or iOS 17.2. These will be a brand new Diary app, Apple Music Collaborative Playlists, and Seamless AirDrop Transfer, respectively.
Starting with the first feature, the Diary app will allow users to organize their days and memories. So much so that you will be able to jot down your thoughts with text, photos, music, audio recordings and more. The app will also offer personalized recommendations based on recent activity on the device.
Another feature that will not be available at launch with iOS 17 will be Seamless AirDrop Transfer, as we mentioned above. As you know, this feature has been expected by iPhone users for a long time. Thanks to this feature, even if you leave the AirDrop range, data transfer will continue over the internet connection.Another and final feature is Apple Music Collaborative Playlists. This feature will allow multiple people to add, reorder and remove songs from a shared playlist. Apple has not announced when these three features will be available.
