We know that Apple periodically obtains patents and is working on new products. While some of these are on the agenda in the form of patents, some of them show themselves through leaks. Just like in a new leak on Bloomberg.

According to a new report by Apple follower Mark Gurman published in Bloomberg, Apple is working on a device with a 20-inch foldable screen. While the source of the leak was Ross Young, CEO and analyst of Display Supply Chain Consultants, one of Apple’s suppliers, Gurman claims that Apple is investigating the possibility of developing such a folding device and is working on a dual-screen device. Moreover, he says that this device was developed as a hybrid of iPad and MacBook.

According to Gurman’s report, Apple has focused on a model with a dual-screen foldable design without a physical keyboard. Considering the previous leaks, it’s not hard to imagine that this device will have a 20-inch screen. However, this will have to wait a bit. Because the release date of this device is shown as 2026.

If Apple plays this move, it will not actually be a first in the industry. Because Lenovo had previously developed and released a device with a similar design. Known as the ThinkPad X1 Fold, it was a 13-inch all-touch laptop and could be used as both a tablet and a laptop, without a physical keyboard.
