Apple is said to be working on a new MacBook Air for months. While the Cupertino-based company is expected to launch a larger 15-inch MacBook Air that will come with a 13-inch laptop, the company will allegedly launch the 15-inch MacBook Air in early 2023.

According to Display Chain Consultants analyst Ross Young, production of the new MacBook Air’s 15-inch panel will begin in the first quarter of 2023. Earlier, Young had already suggested that Apple plans to bring a larger MacBook Air model that could come with a screen of around 15 inches. However, according to Young’s new claim, the laptop will have a screen size of 15.5 inches.

As it is known, Apple has offered MacBook Air models with a 13-inch screen until now. This forced those who wanted to have a portable Mac computer with a larger screen to turn to the MacBook Pro models. The high prices of these models naturally annoyed the users.

The launch of a 15- or 15.5-inch MacBook Air could make a significant jump in Apple’s laptop sales, if the price balance is well established.
