Apple M1 Ultra smashes through benchmark tests

Apple M1 Ultra chipset, which Apple has challenged the processor world, seems to not fail expectations. It started to show itself in benchmark scores, almost as if I had no rivals.

How is the performance of the Apple M1 Ultra?

Apple M1 Ultra model, created by combining two Apple M1 Max chips, reaches record parameters such as 16 performance cores, 4 efficiency cores, 64 graphics cores and 128GB total memory.

The chip offering 2.5TB/s bandwidth is interconnected very efficiently with UltraFusion architecture. The first benchmark scores leaked to the internet show that it even outperforms Intel Xeon W processors.

According to Geekbench 5 scores, Apple M1 Ultra scores 1793 in single-core and 24055 in multi-core. Mac Pro with 28-core Intel Xeon W can reach 1152 points in single core and 19951 points in multi-core. Again, the Apple M1 Max chip scores 1739 in single core and 11680 in multi-core.

On the graphics side, 80% better performance is achieved than the Mac Pro model with AMD Radeon Pro W6900X graphics accelerator. 18 8K ProRes 422 broadcasts are not available on any computer in the world.

Apple had already achieved significant success in a single core with the Apple M1. As the number of cores increased, the scores began to skyrocket. With the new Mac Studio model going on sale, we will be able to take a closer look at real-life tests.
