Apple has launched a free repair program to fix the rear camera problem detected on some iPhone 14 Plus models.
It has been reported that due to the problem with the rear camera, the preview image does not appear on certain devices. Problematic devices will be repaired free of charge by Apple or its authorized service providers.
Free camera repair program from Apple
In this program, which covers iPhone 14 Plus models produced between April 10, 2023 and April 28, 2024, users will be able to check whether they are affected by the problem by entering the serial number of their devices on Apple’s support page.
The repair program will be valid for three years from the date of first sale of the device. Users who have previously had paid repairs due to a rear camera problem will be able to request a refund from Apple.
