Tim Cook talked about AR/VR
In an interview with GQ, Apple CEO Tim Cook said he is “more interested in AR technology than VR.” However, against the idea that “headphones isolate people and hinder their communication potential”, Cook thinks that AR will allow opportunities such as displaying virtual works of art on physical surfaces, sharing information and images in the work environment.
We can say that Tim Cook’s statements confirm the rumors that the Apple AR / VR headset will focus more on mixed reality. In addition, the talented name pointed out Apple’s achievements in different areas and said, “My thoughts always evolve and change. Steve Jobs taught me this: Never get too attached to your beliefs of yesterday. If you come across something new that shows you were wrong, admit it and move forward instead of continuing to say why you were right.” uttered his words. Therefore, it should be noted that Cook is optimistic about the Apple AR / VR headset.
Reliable leak source for this, Ming-Chi Kuo, reported that the assembly phase of the headset has been delayed to mid or late third quarter of 2023. According to Kuo, mass production of the device will begin in August or September.
