In recent years, Apple has been taking very serious steps in health as well as privacy. Apple, which offers many useful services to users, especially from taking an EKG with the Apple Watch, measuring the oxygen rate in the blood and revealing the possibility of heart attack, took action for Heart Health Week.

In this context, Apple, which presents new resources on heart health in February, also shared the lifestyle trends analyzed over the past year.

Apple services focused on Heart Health Week!

Apple Watch users are introducing a new Heart Health Month Activity Challenge to keep them motivated. The competition encourages everyone, regardless of fitness level, to prioritize their health by completing 30 minutes in the Exercise rings on February 14 to claim a special prize.

Also from February 14th, 30-minute energizing workouts will be available in a special section on Fitness+ to help users get rewarded and stay active. It will motivate them to complete it.

Apple Books offers a collection of books focused on heart health, including books on heart science, emotional health, and healthy eating. The Apple TV app features movies and shows on heart disease, heart science, and wellness for viewers.

And on Apple Podcasts, listeners can learn more about their health by accessing a selection of popular podcasts curated exclusively and featuring medical professionals from the Browse tab.

“At Apple, we believe that when you can help people learn about their health, you can change the course of their health.” said Apple COO Jeff Williams, continuing his words as follows;

“To protect your heart health requires a holistic approach. This is something we’ve focused on since the first generation of the Apple Watch, adding activity and training apps in addition to heart rate.

Today, people of all ages can enjoy using our products and services to learn more about healthy living and work towards their personal goals.”
