Announcing that it has brought a yellow color option to the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus in the past days, Apple has now announced that it has started to offer users a brand new shopping experience. The new feature allows customers to video chat with an employee while shopping.

These conversations, which can be made with the company’s employees through Apple’s site, will be open only to customers in the United States for now. We do not know if there are such plans in other countries.

Interviews will only be held for iPhones for now.

With this new feature to improve the shopping experience, customers will be able to have a video call with Apple experts with a few clicks on the online store. According to the company, these talks will be one-sided. So only customers will be able to see employees. Apple says these calls can be made between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day.

Apple employees will be able to inform customers about new models, features and more during these meetings. The technology giant says that video calls can only be made for iPhones for now. However, we can predict that it may expand to other product categories in the future.
