The firm claims that multiple patents related to touch feedback are being used in Xiaomi smartphones without permission.
In general, companies go to compromise with the owner for patents they use without permission. If Xiaomi also follows this path, it will have to pay a certain amount of compensation. Otherwise, decisions can be made in the court up to a sales ban.
