The software giant has added a very useful function to the Android version of Microsoft Edge this time. The feature, which is included in the Canary structure, can successfully block ads shown before and in between videos on sites such as YouTube.

Microsoft Edge has not yet reached the desired popularity. A recent Statcounter report shows that the browser lags far behind competitors like Chrome and Samsung Internet. In this context, video ad blocking may encourage users to switch to Edge.
