Samsung had released the One UI 5.0 beta update to the Galaxy S22 in the past weeks. Now, the Android 13 beta update for the Galaxy S21 series has started to be distributed.
Galaxy S22 series Android 13 and One UI 5.0 update launched
A few weeks ago, Samsung presented the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta update. The OneUI 5.0 beta program was first rolled out to Galaxy S22 users in South Korea. The company has now rolled out the first major software update for the Galaxy S21 series to users in South Korea and the UK. The Android 13-based OneUI 5.0 beta update for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra carries the version number G99xBXXU5ZVHE and is approximately 2GB in size.
One UI 5.0 beta program enrollment required
Users must first download the Samsung Members app to install the update. After logging in with their Samsung account, they need to enroll their device in the Galaxy S21 One UI 5.0 beta program. After signing up for the One UI 5.0 beta program, the Android 13 update appears. It should also be noted that the update is only offered to SIM-unlocked models.

The Android 13 beta update brings a host of new features and improvements to the Galaxy S21, such as editing lock screen wallpapers, separate call backgrounds for all contacts, removing text on photo, customizing the spacebar row for the Samsung keyboard.
