Samsung is working on Android 13 One UI 5.0 beta programs for many flagship phones, including the Galaxy S21 series. However, Android 13 and One UI 5.0 test programs for the Galaxy S21 FE have not been opened, but work on the new software continues behind closed doors.
The Galaxy S21 FE Android 13 update, which was detected on Samsung’s servers, seems to have come to an end. According to the reports, the stable version may be released in November, but there is no official confirmation yet. On the other hand, according to Samsung’s Android 13 update calendar, the Galaxy S21 series and Galaxy S20 series will also receive updates in November.
Android 13 is just the beginning for the Galaxy S21 FE
Android 13 will be the first major OS upgrade for the Galaxy S21 FE. Launched with Android 12, the S21 FE is eligible for three major updates in total, namely Android 13, Android 14 and Android 15 updates. So much so that the Galaxy S21 series, which was released with Android 11, will receive more update support.
Speaking of major updates, Android 13 and One UI 5.0 release will bring some new features and changes, including extensive lock screen customizations, to all eligible Galaxy devices.
