The prosecution argued that the crime covered not only Romania, but also the USA and England. In addition, the indictment included the statements of seven people who claimed that they were victims of a criminal organization.
The victims claimed that they were deceived by the Tate brothers with the promise of marriage. Andrew Tate was accused of rape by one of these people.
