A journalist’s conversation with an “informer” who allegedly had knowledge of a lab-based massacre plan is currently circulating on the Internet. This talk, which tells an untrue story about the rise and rebellion of robots with deadly artificial intelligence (AI), has no basis in fact.
Indy100 reports that the news comes from journalist and conspiracy theorist Linda Moulton Howe, who told the dramatic story at the Conscious Living Fair in Los Angeles. Interestingly, since the video was recorded in February 2017, it’s not even new, and it occupied the internet for a while at the time. And now, in 2022, it’s gone viral once again and people are starting to think it’s a new and real thing.

The conspiracy theory says that artificial intelligence robots attacked the laboratory workers and the event that killed 29 people was covered up. Reportedly, one of the robots, despite being disassembled, was able to self-assemble after being attached to a satellite and learning to make itself “stronger than before.”
Howe says the informant said here, “This is a serious incident. But you’ll never hear about it on the news.”
As you can imagine, the story told is definitely not true. But once again, it’s important because it shows how willing people are to believe in conspiracy theories. Moreover, it reminds us once again that we should not believe everything we see on the internet…
