Elon Musk announced the innovations to be made with a post he shared as follows:
Recommended and followed tweets, trends, topics, etc. The new Twitter interface, which allows a side swipe to switch between… is coming in January… Until then, tap the star icon in the upper right corner of the home screen to switch.
With the new feature, it will be enough to swipe right on the screen to reach the tweets of the people followed instead of the suggested tweets on the Twitter home page. Likewise, the same method can be used to switch to popular topics.

The reaction to this sharing of Elon Musk and the new feature that Twitter will offer was not delayed. App developer Alessandro Paluzzi criticized the new feature. Paluzzi stated that the new feature that Twitter will offer in January has already been used before and users are not satisfied.
