The new generation Ryzen 7000 series processors, recently introduced by AMD, continue to appear on benchmarking platforms. Now, the flagship model of the series, Ryzen 9 7950X, has limited it in Cinebench R23.

13th Gen Intel surpassed i9-13900K

According to what was shared by VideoCardz, the Ryzen 9 7950X, tested on the benchmark platform with a liquid or custom cooling solution, managed to reach 38,984 points in multi-core. While this score also prevents the leaks shared recently, it points to a 9.2 percent higher performance compared to Intel’s new flagship i9-13900K.

If we talk briefly about AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, the top model of Zen 4 architecture will have 5.7GHz maximum peak frequency, 170W TDP, 16 cores and 32 threads. Although the single core score of the processor is not mentioned among the shared results, we can say that the fierce competition between Intel and AMD will continue in the next generation.

Ryzen 7000 processors with Zen 4 architecture and high-end X670 motherboards by AMD are expected to be released on September 27. The new processor family will consist of a total of four models: Ryzen 9 7950X, Ryzen 9 7900X, Ryzen 7 7700X and Ryzen 5 7600X.
