Confirming that the Ryzen 7000 processor family will be introduced on August 29, AMD may face an unexpected delay.
BIOS work in progress
As it is known, AMD board partners and even many sources from within the company have previously claimed that Ryzen 7000 processors will be released on September 15. But a new leak says that AMD has encountered BIOS issues, which will cause a two-week lag in processors.
On the other hand, since AMD has confirmed the announcement date of the processors, it is thought that the BIOS problems in question are not serious and this is mainly due to optimizations. Because it will be the first consumer platform to support the chip giant’s new processors, AM5, DDR5 and PCIe Gen 5.
