This motherboard has Gen5 support for M.2 SSDs but no PCIe Gen5 for x16 slot. The B650M-HDV/M.2 supports two DDR5 memory modules rated up to 6400 MT/s when overclocked. There are also two full-size PCIe Gen4 x16 slots on the card. This platform is also powered by 8+2+1 phase VRM which is sufficient for all Ryzen 7000 CPUs. Therefore, all Ryzen 7000 processors can be installed on this card. As a result, a system with Ryzen 7 7600, ASRock B650 and 16GB DDR5 memory can now be installed for under $500.On the other hand, another detail that will make consumers happy is that the starting price given by AMD has been reached with B650 motherboards.
