Technology giant AMD has officially announced its new processors, the Ryzen Z1 series, today after rumors circulating for a long time. The series, which consists of two chipsets called Ryzen Z1 and Ryzen Z1 Extreme, will be used in portable game consoles.

What does the Ryzen Z1 series bring?

The Ryzen Z1 series consists of two processors, Z1 and Z1 Extreme, and is based on the 4nm Zen 4 architecture. When we look at the Z1, we encounter features such as 6 cores and 12 threads. In addition, four RDNA 3 cores and 24MB cache are also located on the processor. AMD says that the graphics performance of the Ryzen Z1 can reach 2.8 TFLOPS.
