Offering FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) resolution scaling technology to users as a competitor to Nvidia DLSS, AMD, as it is known, made great progress with FSR 2.0. This time, Dying Light 2, which already supports AMD’s FSR 1.0 technology, has received FSR 2.0 support by a developer named ‘mnxn’, just like Cyberpunk 2077.
Increasing number of supported games
According to the reports, the new mode, which was established as a result of replacing the DLSS mode with FSR 2.0, allows users to easily access FSR 2.0 through the DLSS setting in the game menu.
Performing tests on Dying Light 2, which has FSR 2.0 support, Wccftech says that the production, which reaches 72 FPS in the FSR 1.0 Ultra Quality option, offers a better visuality even in the performance mode of FSR 2.0, and the performance reaches up to 85 FPS.
However, while the new technology is expected to be officially added to more than 20 productions, we can say that this number will increase even more by the mod developers.
