Giant chip manufacturer AMD announced that it will buy Pensando, known for cloud technologies, for $ 1.9 billion to meet the increasing demand for data center computing. Today, Pansendo, which has a wide customer portfolio including IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud, offers 8 to 13 times higher performance compared to its competitors with its own cloud solutions.
