The Amazfit brand has launched a new smartwatch as part of the Cheetah series. The model, called the Cheetah Square, has a 9 mm thick rectangular body. It also comes with an aluminum frame and water resistance up to 5 ATM.

The company has included a 1.75-inch AMOLED display on the device. The panel stands out with its 450 x 390 pixel resolution and 1,000 nits maximum brightness. It should be noted that the smart watch is offered with more than 100 dials and Always On Display support.

Amazfit Cheetah Square has functions such as Amazon Alexa digital assistant, sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring and measuring blood oxygen saturation. Equipped with dual-band GPS, the device can also download map data and provide navigation without the need for a smartphone connection.

More than 100 third-party apps are available in the Zepp OS ecosystem, including Runtastic and Strava. Amazfit Cheetah Square supports over 150 sports modes, eight of which are automatically detected, including running, walking, cycling and swimming.

Users can store up to 2.3GB of music on the device and listen to it via connected Bluetooth headphones. Amazfit’s latest smartwatch promises up to 8 days of battery life, or up to 13 hours with precision GPS tracking enabled. The price tag for the Amazfit Cheetah Square is 229 euros. The device is currently available for sale in Europe.
