It’s no secret that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be the sequel to last year’s Galaxy Z Fold 3. We even have a good idea of what it looks like thanks to some previously leaked images.
Now leak source Yogesh Brar says it has revealed some more of the mysteries about the features of the foldable device. According to the leak, the highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 4 will have a 7.6-inch QXGA+ AMOLED display with 120 Hz screen refresh rate support. The outer screen will be a 6.2-inch HD + AMOLED panel with 120 Hz screen refresh rate support.
Z Fold 4 will be offered with the latest Snapdragon chipset. According to Brar, the combination of 12GB/16GB RAM and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 will make the device work. As with its predecessors, Samsung doesn’t seem to have any plans to release an 8GB RAM version of the Z Fold 4.
However, we can say that perhaps the most interesting aspect of the technical features is the camera section. According to the leaker’s claim, it will have a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 50MP primary lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and possibly a 12MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. Of course, there is no fundamental change in camera features, but Z Fold 4 seems to have a superior zoom feature compared to Galaxy Z Fold 3, which has a 12 MP Telephoto Camera with 2x zoom.
Samsung uses an under-screen 16MP internal camera and a 10MP external camera in the Z Fold 4, which is a significant change over the Z Fold 3’s 10MP inner front camera and 4MP outer front camera. . Other features include Android 12-based One UI, a 4,400mAh battery with up to 25W fast charging.
Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 at its upcoming Unpacked event.
