“Based on this, we conducted reconciliation negotiations in accordance with the rights and interests of our clients. At the same time, we received written and verbal commitments from our clients that they gave their consent to this settlement. Based on this, the amount of loss subject to settlement was deposited into our clients’ accounts on Thursday last week, and we confirmed it.”

Keskin continued:

“We are trying to reach many of our clients. Some of our clients agreed to have their losses covered within the scope of reconciliation. We also submitted petitions to waive the complaint. Of course, the clients, whose damages were compensated within the scope of the settlement, conveyed these to their relatives. At the same time, we have new clients who have issued a proxy. Negotiations regarding these are continuing. Faruk Fatih Özer is making the payments within the scope of the file for the first time.”

Investigation Continues

Lawyer Sinan Keskin also emphasized that the investigation will continue for those who do not give up on the complaint. Keskin concluded his speech with the following words:

“But as long as many victims are positive in terms of reconciliation. For those who do not see it positively, the process will continue. As of last week, only 8 people were harmed. Their damage amount is around 2 million. These were deposited in their bank accounts, and we confirmed as our office that they deposited in the bank.”
