In January 2024, Samsung significantly improved the update policy while introducing the Galaxy S24 series. According to the new statement, the three models in the series will receive Android, One UI and Security updates for seven years. It is possible to say that the Galaxy S25 series announced on January 22 will receive the same support.
The series is expected to be released in 2031 until the Android 22 version is supported. In addition, regular security updates and one UI patches will be offered to users in this process.
