Shardeum launched a comprehensive AirDrop campaign to reward the community before the main net launch. Shardeum, a Layer-1 blockchain network, will distribute a total of 5.5 million SHM to early supporters who contributed to the testnet stages. This event, which is entitled to 63,000 wallets, attracts attention as one of the largest community -oriented distributions in the Blockchain world.

Airdrop consists of two stages

Shardeum’s AirDrop campaign will be held in two stages to reward different contribution groups:

• Stage 1: Liberty Alphanet and Sphinx Betanet Tesnets include users who participate in February 2022 and June 2024. Appropriate wallets were identified with a instant image taken on 22 June 2024. Participants in this group will receive a total of 3.3 million SHM.

How to distribute token?

Shardeum announced that SHM tokens will be distributed fairly according to different types of contribution:

• Participants of the chain: Users who perform transactions in Testnet, interact with smart contracts and actively involved in the network will be awarded according to their interaction levels.

• Validators: Participants who run a node to ensure the security of the network, will receive awards according to their Node time, contributions to different versions of the network, and their performance during the ITN test stage.

• Non -chain contributions: Content producers, community moderators and marketing activities that contribute to the community of Shardeum will also be evaluated. This group will be rewarded depending on the consistency and impact of their contributions.

How to apply for Airdrop?

Users who are entitled to AirDrop can enter the official AirDrop registration page of Shardeum between 14-21 March 2025 and connect their wallets and verify their compliance.

Those who successfully complete the application process will receive SHM tokens during the Token Generation Event (TGE). Those who missed the first application period will be able to register between 22 March – 13 April 2025 and receive their awards on June 2025 with a delay.

Shardeum’s future award programs

Shardeum’s AirDrop activity is only the beginning of the network’s large -scale incentive programs. After the main network launch, 19 million SHM is reserved for more various campaigns. In this way, more users will be encouraged to enlarge the ecosystem.
