CD Projekt Red shared the details and the first major DLC of Cyberpunk 2077, which had problems at The Game Awards but was fixed with a ton of patches. Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is coming in 2023
Phantom Liberty will be the first paid DLC product for Cyberpunk 2077 and will tell a spy-thriller-like story. It is not yet clear how much the DLC will be offered for now, but it has been announced that it will come for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2023.
Cyberpunk 2077 came out in December 2020 and was hit by many gamers and critics, especially for its incredible optimization issues. The game was problematic on almost all the platforms it debuted on. CD Projekt Red has released a number of fixes for the game, and over time the game has stabilized and now players are back in Night City.
On the other hand, these details for Cyberpunk 2077 are just the beginning. There’s already a hugely successful Netflix anime based on the game, and CD Projekt Red is already working on a sequel codenamed “Orion.”
